We maintain a database of associate consultants, experts with many years of consulting experience, enabling us to field teams of consultants for short and long-term assignments. The associate consultants are drawn from within Zimbabwe, from the region as well as from abroad through our linkages and partnerships with foreign consulting firms.
Our consultants have established links with other regional and international consulting firms. These linkages enhance its capacity, enabling it to call upon the resources and expertise of its international partners.

SENIOR CONSULTANTS
Peter has many years of experience in institutional development, public sector reforms, job evaluation, human resource development, strategic planning, records and information management. He has undertaken consultancy assignments in countries such as South Africa, Namibia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Mozambique, Uganda, Lesotho, Swaziland, Ghana, Gambia, Kenya, Ethiopia and Tanzania in Africa, as well as St. Kitts and Nevis and Grenada in the Caribbean. He has served as team leader on numerous assignments including the project for “Improving Government Efficiency and Effectiveness” (IGEE) in Zimbabwe (1993-1996), the project to install Performance Management Systems (PMS) in five Ministries in Tanzania (2002-2004), and the “Review of the Human Resources Management Information System” (HRMIS) for the Government of Malawi in 2008. He spent 18 months in 2009-2010 as a consultant with the Panel of Eminent African Personalities of the African Union in Nairobi, Kenya.
Peter is a graduate of the University of London and University College, Dublin.
Knud has many years of consulting experience with international development agencies in many countries including Zimbabwe, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, Eritrea, Djibouti, Liberia, Lesotho, South Africa, Sierra Leone, Ghana and Nigeria in Africa, India and Pakistan in Asia, as well as in Europe. His areas of expertise include Results-Oriented Monitoring (ROM), organizational development, project management, financial management, governance and the rule of law, and decentralization of public institutions and services.
Knud is a graduate of the Technical College, Aalborg, and the Business College, Aarhus, both in Denmark and Birmingham University, UK.
Lovemore is a social scientist by training with wide experience in designing research methodologies, conducting service delivery surveys on behalf of governments in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Zimbabwe, evaluation of programmes/projects on behalf of governments, NGOs and international development agencies. He has worked as a consultant in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi and Zambia. He has served as team leader on numerous assignments. In 2011-2012, he was the principal report writer, data analyst and quality assurance controller for the Second Ethiopian Corruption Perception Survey commissioned by the Federal Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (FEACC) of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Lovemore is a graduate of the University of London and University of East Anglia, both in the UK and the University of Zimbabwe.
